Lieferfristen

Soweit im jeweiligen Angebot keine andere Frist angegeben ist, erfolgt die Lieferung der Ware im Inland (Deutschland) innerhalb von 5 - 10 Tagen, bei Auslandslieferungen innerhalb von 7 - 12 Tagen nach Vertragsschluss (bei vereinbarter Vorauszahlung nach dem Zeitpunkt Ihrer Zahlungsanweisung).
Beachten Sie, dass an Sonn- und Feiertagen keine Zustellung erfolgt.
Haben Sie Artikel mit unterschiedlichen Lieferzeiten bestellt, wird die Ware in einer gemeinsamen Sendung versandt, sofern wir keine abweichenden Vereinbarungen mit Ihnen getroffen haben. Die Lieferzeit bestimmt sich in diesem Fall nach dem Artikel mit der längsten Lieferzeit den Sie bestellt haben.

Shipping Policy

All products in our shop are individually produced by our production partner Whitewall and shipped directly to you.

Delivery Times Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days from the date of order. As all products are custom-made, this timeframe includes both production and shipping. Please note that during peak periods (e.g. Christmas), slight delays may occur.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and depend on the destination country, order value, and product size.

Delivery Areas We ship worldwide. Please note that deliveries to countries outside the European Union are made on a DAP (Delivered At Place) basis – formerly known as DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means that any customs duties, import taxes, and other charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid directly to the customs authority or shipping carrier. We recommend checking the applicable import regulations in your country before placing an order.

Shipping Carrier Orders are shipped via the carrier selected by Whitewall.

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
